Meet Juliana and Georgie
Two friends. Two creative minds. One very delicious business.
More than 15 years ago, our sons became friends — and somewhere along the way, we became friends too. Fast-forward a few years, add a little creativity, a lot of big ideas, and a shared love of making things beautiful, and here we are: creating grazing tables together and having way too much fun doing it.
We’re the kind of duo who can turn a table full of cheese, fruit, florals, and pretty little details into a full-blown experience. Our styles may be our own, but our energy is perfectly matched — and that chemistry shows up in everything we create.
We love the creative process, we love a gorgeous table, and we really love watching a room light up when guests see what we’ve created. Our goal is simple: make it fun, make it stunning, and absolutely make it delicious.
Working at Dolce Dawn together has given us the chance to combine our creative talents, work with people we genuinely enjoy, and create a business that feels like us. We believe work should be inspiring, collaborative, and yes… there should probably be a fair amount of laughing involved.
We may be a small team, but we are small, mighty, slightly obsessed with pretty tables, and very serious about good food.
And honestly? We wouldn’t have it any other way.
Juliana
Born and raised in São Paulo, Brazil, I grew up surrounded by amazing food — and in Brazil, food is so much more than something you eat. It’s how we celebrate, how we connect, and how we show love.
Some of my favorite memories are rooted in the flavors of home-cooked meals and the magic that happens when good food brings people together. That connection has stayed with me throughout my life and is at the heart of everything I create today.
I’ve always been a creative at heart. From drawing and crafting to creating custom cakes, I’ve always found myself dreaming up ways to make something beautiful. But for a long time, I felt like my creativity was waiting for a bigger stage.
Then I discovered I could create with food.
And, well… I was all over that.
Grazing tables became the perfect playground for my creativity — a place where food, design, color, texture, and a little bit of whimsy can all come together. I love taking a collection of delicious ingredients and turning them into something that makes people stop, stare, and then immediately reach for a plate.
My greatest joy is bringing people together around good food. My favorite moment at any event is watching guests see a Dolce Dawn table for the first time — that little pause, the smiles, the “Oh my gosh!” moments. That never gets old.
But the greatest compliment I can receive?
“I can tell this was created with love.”
Because that’s exactly what I hope people feel when they experience one of my tables. Beautiful food catches your eye, delicious food keeps you coming back, but food made with love brings people together — and that’s where the magic happens.
Georgie
Born in England and raised in San Diego, California, I grew up surrounded by a unique blend of British cuisine from my parents, Southern California favorites, and the vibrant flavors of Mexican food. My passion for food and culture continued to grow as life and marriage took me around the world, including Japan and Germany, where I had the opportunity to experience and embrace new culinary traditions.
While serving as a Catering Director for the U.S. Air Force in Ramstein, Germany, my appreciation for European cuisine and hospitality deepened. Throughout my career, I discovered that my true passion goes beyond food—it is about creating experiences. From hosting special events and planning unforgettable celebrations to bringing together food, beverages, décor, and visual beauty, I love creating moments that bring people together and become lasting memories.
For the past 21 years, Florida has been home. During that time, I have had the privilege of working as an Event Planner, Catering Director, and Operations Director at some of Tampa Bay's most recognized venues. My career has allowed me to combine creativity, hospitality, organization, and leadership while continuing to do what I love most: creating beautiful events, bringing ideas to life, and making people smile through exceptional food and memorable experiences.
